After the Safer at Home government mandate, we have assessed our business status, implemented a new company structure, and created a safe operational model to address all virus concerns, while meeting the product demands of our partners.

BUSINESS HOURS
Beginning, Monday, April 6, 2020, Odyssey will be fully functional with a revised daily schedule between remote and in-office operation, Monday through Friday.

Mon, Wed, Fri: 9am-5pm PST (remote; customer service, accounting, logistics)
Tue, Thu: 9am-3pm PST (in-office, customer service, accounting, logistics, shipping*)
*Product will only ship on Tue or Thu; delivery schedules based on the carrier

DEPARTMENTS
Based on a remote and in-office team, we have implemented a daily symptom testing policy, mandatory masks/gloves in-office and operational distancing.
