Adam Yauch aka MCA (1964 - 2012)

On May 4, 2012, the music community was sadden by the passing of a true trailblazer. A pioneer amongst pioneers, MCA redefined hip-hop and the entire music generation with his group The Beastie Boys. Beyond the music, Adam was a powerful activist for human rights, dedicating his life to the betterment of society. He will be greatly missed.
