Odyssey will reopen our Will-Call office in Southern California on January 2021 for your convenience. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are adhering to strict CDC guidelines with the safety and well-being of our staff and customers as our top priority.

Effective immediately, all will-call customers are required to wear protective face mask when on-site at Odyssey, no exceptions. Any customers arriving on-site at Odyssey not wearing a face mask will not be permitted on the premise or serviced.

Will-Call Hours of Service:

9am – 11:30am, 1pm – 3pm

• All orders require a 2-hour preparation period
• Orders placed prior to 12pm will be ready Same Day before 3pm.
• Orders placed after 12pm will be ready Next Business Day after 9am.

• Upon arrival, please call (626) 588-2528
• Stay in your vehicle, we will bring your order to you
• Our staff will remain 6ft away from you during this process
• A picture of your license plate will be taken in lieu of your signature
• If scheduled will-call is not picked by end of day, order will be cancelled
